Had a great experience. Everything was very clean, organized and easy to find. The home had more than enough space for my group of 10. Marwan was a great host, gave easy direction, and easy communication with him. Great location in the city, very quiet area. It definitely met my expectations! I’d love to stay again.

It has been that lately every trip to Winnipeg we try to stay at Marwan's place. It consistently meets our needs. It is economical, and well located for what we enjoy doing in the city. It is also wonderful to be in a place that has 2.5 baths. Definite advantage when I have traveled with my daughter's skating club and we have a couple teenage girls traveling with us. I would highly recommend Marwan's place.

there is something for every age and stage, if needed.
The board games were so much fun to play!!
The reading library selection was vast and appreciated.
There are separate quarters for everyone to have space if needed.
2 full bathrooms were lovely and appreciated.
no detail was spared right down to laundry pods and dryer sheets which were greatly appreciated so as to be able to wash bathing suits after the hot tub, vs having wet suits to take home.
The property has a beautiful back yard, morning sunshine which made walking with morning coffee, listening to the birds, even watching otters play, a beautiful way to begin the day.
3 coffee stations all fully stocked with coffee variety and even including liquid coffee mate creamer!
The hot tub was the absolute best Ive ever experienced and Ive been in many.
The bedding was pristine white, fluffy and cozy. The beds were comfortable. sleep was easy and peaceful despite being steps from amenities!

We had a great stay. He left clear instructions for checkin and checkout time. House was nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Liked that every room had their own fan, the master bedroom had its own tv and the couch turned into a bed.

Our group of 8 had a great stay at Marwan’s place; the unit was a perfect fit for our group. Marwan was super helpful and prompt in responding to our questions prior to and during our stay.

We had a GREAT stay and would absolutely recommend it! The house was huge, clean and neat with a really fun layout that made it feel special and comfortable. Lots of books, board games, exercise equipment and pool table to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy. The hot tub was amazing and having access to the kayaks and river was such a great bonus. Everything was well set up and made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Even better than the pictures and that says a lot-do not hesitate to book here!

My 3-night stay at Marwan's place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, Marwan was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The space was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and had a really relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect home base to unwind. Marwan is an exceptional host who truly cares about his guests' experience. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book with him again!
